28 year old female with loose skin and excess fat in the abdominal area after child bearing. She also had rectus diastasis. She had previous breast implants and wanted to increase the size and projection of her breasts. She underwent a mommy makeover which included abdominoplasty with rectus plication and liposuction as well as a breast implant exchange to higher profile and larger silicone implants. Patient is 3 months out from their surgery.
